Bruin Consulting doesn’t require applicants to have business experience; we just want smart, driven people, who can solve a problem and articulate a solution. Our recruitment process involves an application, a first round interview with behavioral questions and a case, and a second round interview with more behavioral questions and a more extensive case.

Be prepared to answer behavioral questions that highlight your leadership, why you are interested in BC Solutions, and why you would be a good contribution as a consultant.
More importantly, prepare to answer a case question that will test how you think.

• Case Example: Assuming you are flying at 40,000 feet without WiFi and you strike up a conversation with your neighbor about starting a joint venture in the candy industry. Without the help of outside resources, you need to estimate the Starburst market in the United States right now to see if this is a good idea. How would you do this? Feel free to make estimates and assumptions and be sure to provide an actual numerical answer at the end.
