BruinConsulting-About

About

Bruin Consulting (BC) is a non-profit consulting organization established and managed by UCLA students. BC rigorously recruits and thoroughly trains UCLA’s most talented and business oriented undergraduates in order to provide implementable consultancy services for its clients. By bridging the gap between a comprehensive theoretical education and an applicable business setting, BC provides its consultants the opportunity to thrive in the field of management consulting and beyond. BC works with approximately five to six different companies annually on projects that last four months each. Each project is delegated to and executed by a group of four to five consultants, which includes an experienced Project Manager who directs the team. Outside of the immediate consultants working on the project, the BC Board of Directors oversees each team’s progress throughout the duration. The Board of Directors is also responsible for managing client relations, coordinating internal and external events, and executing general principles defined within the BC Mission Statement. Our mission is thus: we are focused on building value for our community of client organizations and UCLA students. To our students, we emphasize professional and personal growth by developing analytical and creative intellectual capital. To our clients, we strive to provide innovative, yet tangible solutions which lead to optimized decision making and increased productivity.
